- Work with telephone tools, email, and website
- Handle sample requests
- Assist in sales support tasks
- Attend all mandatory training sessions. Responsible for identifying and taking action for self -development training.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in communication centers (call centers) or customer service preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience in PC usage.
- Advanced English
- At least 18 years old
