About the Role

Collections Support New Associate & Associate, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

  • Collect and recover customer receivables and debt.
  • Ensure cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection and collecting high-quality dispute information, while maintaining a professional relationship with the client and their debtors.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • For New Associate: 0 to 5 months work experience of Credit and Collections experience/skill
  • Associate: at least 6 months work experience of Credit and Collections experience/skill

Other qualifications

  • Graduate of finance-related or business course; Accounting graduates an advantage
  • Candidates for collections must have prior voice collections experience, ...
