A leading BPO provider in Metro Manila is seeking a Group Senior Operations Manager/Director to oversee multiple teams and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of leadership experience in a BPO setting and a strong understanding of BPO metrics. You will be responsible for managing performance, developing staff, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. This full-time position requires working night shifts and is 100% onsite.
