  • Provide customer service support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and non-voice processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on international BPO projects with 24x7shifts
  • Participate in blended process operations where both voice and non-voice tasks are handled.
  • Possess good communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
