Customer Support

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries
  • Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times

Process & Quality Adherence

  • Follow defined BPO processes and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates

Collaboration & Performance

  • Work effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
  • Meet individual and team performance targets

Shift & Work Schedule

  • 5 days working in rotational shifts
  • 2 rotational weekly offs
