Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with telephone tools, email, and website
  • Handle sample requests
  • Assist in sales support tasks
  • Attend all mandatory training sessions. Responsible for identifying and taking action for self -development training.


Requirements

Basic Requirements:

  • Required to work on site.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in communication centers (call centers) or customer service preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in PC usage.
  • Advanced English
  • At least 18 years old
  • Flexible schedule and availability
  • Complete documentation including a valid ID
