Voice Process (English & Hindi)<br /> This is a phone-based role where you interact with customers in real-time.<br /> The Role: You will handle inbound (receiving) or outbound (making) calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, or product information.<br /> Language Requirement: You must be able to switch between English and Hindi smoothly to help a diverse range of callers.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Answering customer queries with a professional and helpful tone.<br /> Using active listening to understand the issue and providing immediate solutions.<br /> Updating customer records in the database (CRM) after every call.<br /> Top Skills Needed: Clear speech (diction), patience, and the ability to think on your feet.</div> <div> </div> <div>2. Non-Voice / Chat Process<br /> This is a text-based role where communication happens through a live chat window or email.<br /> The Role: You will provide real-time assistance to customers who are typing their questions on a website or app.<br /> Language Requirement: Fluency in written English and Hindi is essential. You need to be able to type accurately and professionally in both languages.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Managing multiple chat windows simultaneously (multitasking).<br /> Providing links, documents, or step-by-step instructions to customers.<br /> Resolving issues quickly to maintain a high "response time" score.<br /> Top Skills Needed: Fast typing speed (usually 30+ WPM), excellent grammar, and strong computer navigation skills.<br /> </div>
