Job Description – Talent Acquisition (Domestic BPO)

Company: Cyfuture

Location: Noida – NSEZ

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 6 Days

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM


Open Positions:

• TA – Manager

• TA – Assistant Manager (AM)

• TA – Team Lead (TL)


Mandatory Requirements (All Roles):

• Current experience in Domestic BPO recruitment is mandatory

• Hands-on hiring for Inbound & Outbound processes

• Current or recent experience within Delhi NCR

• Strong understanding of BPO hiring metrics and volume closures


Key Responsibilities:

Common Responsibilities (All Levels):

• End-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO roles

• Handling bulk/volume hiring for Inbound & Outbound processes

• Sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins

• Interview coordination and stakeholder management

• Candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer management

Onboarding coordination and joining tracking

• Maintaining hiring MIS and recruitment reports


TA – Manager:

• Own the Domestic BPO hiring function for assigned accounts

• Team handling, capacity planning, and hiring strategy

• Drive volume closures while controlling TAT and cost

• Manage senior stakeholders and business requirements

• Strengthen onboarding process and reduce dropouts

• Analyze recruitment metrics and improve process efficiency

• Strong knowledge of Domestic BPO hiring lifecycle

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Team handling and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
