BPO Trainer



Job Qualifications

Education: Strictly a College Graduate of Computer Engineering (CEC), Information Technology (IT), or other tech-related courses.



Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry.



Specialized Skills: Proven experience in conducting Product-Specific Training and Upskilling programs.



Account Background: Experience handling blended accounts (Voice, Chat, and Email).



Advantage: Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a significant plus.



Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Training: Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT) and product-specific modules tailored for high-tech or mobility accounts.



Upskilling Initiatives: Develop and deliver upskilling sessions for tenured agents to improve technical proficiency and service quality.
