Role Summary

The Training Manager is responsible for the end-to-end learning and development lifecycle for multiple client programs within a BPO environment. This role leads a team of Product Trainers and Nesting Leaders to ensure new hires are fully prepared and floor-ready before transitioning into production. Success in this role is measured by speed-to-proficiency, training satisfaction scores, and training and nesting graduation rates.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Client Alignment

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and client representatives to ensure all training materials, job aids, and assessments are accurate and updated in real time as client products, tools, or processes change.
  • Ensure training content aligns with client expectations, compliance requirements, and business goals.

Team Leadership & Development
