Job Description

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders

• Maintain and update company databases

• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

• Answer queries by employees and clients

• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

• Serves as support in overall operations in the branch.



Qualifications/Requirements:

• Can do multi-tasking.

• Must be flexible.

• With experience.

• Must be a college graduate.

• Must be located/ near or willing to relocate in Kauswagan, CDO.
