A career as a branch administrative assistant at National Bank Financial, your ability to work in synergy with clients and colleagues will be a key asset. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative operations, in accordance with the policies and procedures in effect.

  • Ensure that day‑to‑day branch operations related to financial transactions are compliant
  • Act as a contact person with respect to operational issues, HR questions and logistical needs for branch employees
  • Disseminate administrative procedures and policies and ensure that branch employees understand and comply with them
  • Perform rigorous follow‑ups as recommended by Internal Audit and Compliance
