About the Opportunity

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a motivated and organised Branch Administrator to join our friendly and high-performing team in Wingfield.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy branch. You will be the professional first point of contact for customers and suppliers, coordinate administrative tasks across the workshop, and work with the both the sales and service teams.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 25 hours per week (five hours per day, five days per week), offering stability, flexibility and long-term career development within a growing national business.

Your Responsibilities will also include:

  • Entering, monitoring and maintaining job data in the ERP system.
  • Generating job cards, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
  • Supporting workflow through the workshop and coordinating job progress.
  • Liaising professionally with customers, suppliers and transport providers.
  • Preparing timesheets for the Service Team.
  • Processing cash and account sales, routine debtor and creditor tasks.
  • Supporting accurate stock and documentation management.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s WHS Management System.

About You

  • Experience in an administration role, ideally within a service, workshop or operational environment.
  • Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (advantageous).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
  • An appreciation for safe working practices and compliance.
