<div><b>Role</b>: BCO/BCI Collections (Hard Bucket)<br /> <br /> <b>Industry</b>: Microfinance Group Loan (GL) Collections<br /> </div> <div><b>Job Summary:</b></div> <div>We are looking for dynamic and responsible candidates for the role of BCO (Business Correspondent Officer) and BCI (Business Correspondent In-charge) who will be responsible for hard bucket collections in Micro Finance Group Loan vertical. The candidate will handle customer follow-ups, overdue recovery, and field collections.<br /> </div> <div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div> <div>Handle hard bucket collections for Microfinance Group Loan customers.</div> <div>Conduct field visits to meet overdue customers and ensure timely recovery.</div> <div>Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups, payments, and field activities.</div> <div>Coordinate with branch team and reporting manager for daily updates.</div> <div>Resolve customer queries related to overdue payments.</div> <div>Ensure collections are done as per company policy and compliance standards.<br /> </div> <div><b>Experience Required:</b></div> <div>0 to 5 Years of experience in collections / recovery (preferably in Microfinance GL).</div> <div>Freshers with good field learning attitude can also apply.<br /> </div> <div><b>Educational Qualification:</b></div> <div>HSC Pass (Higher Secondary)</div> <div>Graduates preferred but not mandatory.</div> <div>CTC Range:</div> <div>BCO: 1.86 LPA to 2.90 LPA</div> <div>BCI: Up to 3.64 LPA<br /> </div> <div><b>Skills Required:</b></div> <div>Good communication and negotiation skills.</div> <div>Field collection knowledge.</div> <div>Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets.</div> <div>Honest, hardworking, and disciplined.<br /> <br /> <br /> Share CVs to Email - [email protected]</div>
