• Overall Branch Management: Direct and manage all store and restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company standards, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Oversee daily financial transactions, including cash handling, reconciliations, account payments, and receivables. Promptly report daily sales, submit required daily/monthly financial reports, and forward all accounting documents to the Finance Department. Manage and replenish the petty cash fund.
