What is the opportunity?

As a Branch Manager Advisor you spend 40‑50% of your time advising clients and 50‑60% leading branch operations. You are a local market leader responsible for retail performance, new client acquisition and deepening client relationships. You bring expertise across everyday banking, investments and credit, providing a robust Advice Experience for complex personal and business needs.

What will you do?

• Manage a team delivering an exceptional client experience through advice and full RBC capability.
• Champion digital enablement by educating clients to self‑serve and encouraging interaction in their channel of choice.
• Lead from the front, engaging clients inside and outside the branch with complex advice solutions and modelling teamwork to meet client needs.
