Position: Branch Manager / Business Development Manager (BM / BDM – Primary Sales)

Function: Channel Sales

Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy


Location:

Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab


Experience:

4–10 years of relevant experience in the solar or renewable energy sector, with strong exposure to primary sales and channel management.


Role Overview:

The Branch Manager / Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving primary sales, developing strategic channel partnerships, and leading business growth across the assigned region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary sales and achieve regional business targets
  • Develop, manage, and expand distributor and key channel partner networks
  • Lead market entry and business expansion initiatives
  • Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure effective coordination for collections and credit management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics preferred
  • Strong knowledge of solar and power products (UPS, Inverters, Batteries, Solar Panels)
  • Proven leadership and team-handling capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
