Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of managerial experience, preferably in motorcycle or retail sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge in sales operations, inventory, and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure sales targets are met
• Manage and supervise branch staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and branch performance
• Prepare reports and coordinate with head office
