Responsible to achieve the sales target of the branch.
Generate new open market business and ensure productivity month on month basis.
Take care of team productivity and business.
Manager both internal & External channel for business expansion & development
Responsible for overdue collection & revenue generation process.
Responsible for discipline & positive work culture in the branch.
Coordinate with other departments, Credit, Operation for processing of loan till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operation.
Responsible for training & motivating Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager to build quality team in the branches.
