Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive Mutual Fund sales through Banks, IFAs, and National Distributors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and clients
- Empanel, activate, and grow new distributors to expand market reach
- Conduct regular meetings with distributors and associates to understand business needs
- Build long-term assets through incremental net sales and repeat business
- Track competitor activity and provide timely market feedback to management
- Execute sales plans, achieve assigned targets, and drive branch-level performance
- Support the team leader/reporting manager in creating and delivering presentations
- Take ownership of branch targets and lead sales through team management
- Identify, hire, train, and nurture talent to strengthen the sales team
