We are representing our client from F&B industry. As our client is expanding, they are looking for Branch Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensure restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:

  1. Maintaining administrative records pertaining to your branch particularly on compliance to internal SOP, halal & regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintaining accounting records (supplier purchases over sales to avoid account burst) for your branch.
  3. Requesting payment for all purchases (2x for suppliers & any ad hoc payments) after amount verified, for your branch.
  4. Maintaining weekly work schedule, HR related documentations, payroll processes & hiring staff for your branch.
  5. Verifying end-of-day closing report, daily purchases and ensure all record tallies for your branch.
