Job Description

• To directly sell to the customers via appointments (Office/ Home visits). • To ensure capacity utilization by recruiting the team, handholding them and providing support via Joint Field Work. • To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated. • To ensure that business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS), Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on regular basis. • To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved • To drive various R&R initiatives within the team the team

. Skillset Required: Life insurance sales, direct channel, direct marketing, relationship manager, loyalty, direct sales
