  1. The Branch Manager – Direct Channel will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers/Direct Sales Executives to drive life insurance sales through the direct channel. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring high-quality customer acquisition, and maintaining compliance and operational excellence within the branch.


Desired Candidate Profile



  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)


  • Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Direct Channel preferred)




  • Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.




  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.




  • Good understanding of life insurance products and direct sales processes..
