Branch Manager

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence while delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience aligned with our service culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Develop and execute strategic action plans to meet and exceed branch KPIs
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales performance and analysis reports

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock and operational records
