Branch Manager - SA

About the role

We’re looking for a true Branch Manager to join this impressive, service-based company. The role will ultimately involve P&L responsibility, driving top line revenue development, operational efficiency + engaging a team of service staff and support functions.

Duties

• Drive operational efficiencies through the service team
• Have responsibility for high level account management of customers in your portfolio
• Ensure sales and operations work effectively to uncover & deliver on new business opportunities
• Lead with presence and effectiveness across the whole branch
• Full responsibility for P&L for the branch

Skills and Experience

• Branch Management experience, currently reporting into a Branch Manager viewing this as a step up, or Sales experience with strong operational understanding
• Ideally come from within the facilities management, waste, transport or similar industria...
