About the role

As the Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing branch team and take full ownership of branch operations, safety, customer experience and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and engaging the branch team through regular performance and development conversations to drive revenue growth and achieve budget targets
• Full accountability for branch P&L performance
• Planning branch staffing in collaboration with the Area Manager to meet profitability targets
• Ensuring accurate rostering, time and attendance information is completed within payroll timeframes
