Branch Manager - Valleyview, Alberta

We are looking to hire a Branch Manager for our Valleyview branch to oversee full cycle operations on-site. We offer a relocation allowance for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate field employee’s work schedules.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers/clients and provide assistance with any problems that may occur.
• Participate in the hiring process by reviewing candidate’s resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions and recommendations.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for all field staff.
• Recommend promotions and raises to be approved by Director of Operations.
