Lead overall branch performance and revenue growth while operating as a Playing Captain, combining hands-on client acquisition and relationship management with strategic team leadership.

Manage and mentor Relationship Managers to achieve revenue, AUM, and acquisition targets. Drive business growth through strategic partner engagement, cross-selling of wealth products, and high-value deal closures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and partners, ensure compliance and risk governance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
