Role specifics: - Jurisdictions: Candidate must have California experience. Other jurisdictions in the branch are TX, AR, UT, AZ, OK, NM and NV. - Licenses: Must be licensed in the states being handled or reciprocal licenses. - Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work. How you'll make an impact You will do significant work in partnership with our Workers Compensation clients to consistently deliver superior customer service and own outcomes by effectively communicating and embracing new challenges to drive success. About You REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma - Minimum of 15 years related claims experience - At least 5 years of supervisory experience - Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled - Knowledge of all team member related functions DESIRED: - Bachelor's Degree #LI-Remote #LI-HS1 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
