Job Summary:

Compensation: $86,000 - $120,000 + commission


Location: Branch Sales Manager to oversee both Arlington (Seattle North) and Kent (Seattle South) branches. Candidate preferably homebased out of Kent location.


The Branch Sales Manager is tasked with identifying prospective customers, fostering and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships, and driving both sales and profitability for the branch. Success in this role involves developing and training a cohesive team that embodies and supports IDI’s culture and Core Values, ensuring the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
