Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of the bank's products and services within the assigned branch to achieve set targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure effective delivery of banking products and services to meet customer expectations.
  • Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and risk management policies of the bank.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and prepare regular reports for management.
