Location: Kozhikode/Madurai/Vellore

The Service Engineer will support and enhance our service operations across the region. This role will be instrumental in monitoring service initiatives, training stakeholders and enhancing the after sales support.

1. Monitoring of Service Initiatives:

Oversee and regularly review all ongoing service initiatives within the assigned region to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.

2. Training & Development:

Conduct technical training sessions for service engineers and dealer teams to strengthen understanding and effective execution of current and upcoming service processes.

3. New Service Initiatives Implementation:

Play a proactive role in rolling out new service initiatives such as Auto CRN. Act as the regional lead for implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of these initiatives.
