Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, customer service, and compliance with safety standards. Manage staff, fix and monitor work schedules, and ensure efficient manpower distribution
- Handle inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies
- Train employees, address customer concerns, and optimize sales performance
- Ensure proper cash handling, record-keeping, and report generation
- Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Prepare reports on branch performance and present them to senior management
Qualifications
- At least college level
- Previous experience in bakery, food service, or retail management is a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of bakery operations, inventory control, and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skill
