Job Description

  • Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, customer service, and compliance with safety standards. Manage staff, fix and monitor work schedules, and ensure efficient manpower distribution
  • Handle inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies
  • Train employees, address customer concerns, and optimize sales performance
  • Ensure proper cash handling, record-keeping, and report generation
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Prepare reports on branch performance and present them to senior management
  • At least college level
  • Previous experience in bakery, food service, or retail management is a must
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of bakery operations, inventory control, and food safety regulations
  • Excellent customer service skill
