Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership.
- Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
- Ensure smooth opening, closing, and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and the Departmental Support Center.
- Takes a lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and sanitized work environment and customer‑facing areas.
- Perform and delegate general cleaning duties as established by the company.
- Assist the Area Manager with training new Team Members and consistently coach the use of operational tools and standard operating procedures.
- Support initiatives by communicating new information to Team Members and aiding goal achievement.
- Safeguard company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.
