Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership.
  • Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
  • Ensure smooth opening, closing, and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and the Departmental Support Center.
  • Takes a lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and sanitized work environment and customer‑facing areas.
  • Perform and delegate general cleaning duties as established by the company.
  • Assist the Area Manager with training new Team Members and consistently coach the use of operational tools and standard operating procedures.
  • Support initiatives by communicating new information to Team Members and aiding goal achievement.
