Job Description

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Branch Support Specialist to provide daily support and mentorship to new and existing Branches and Ops personnel, at the direction of Director of Branch Development by having new branches fully supported for up to 60 days, as well as existing branches who add Sales or Operations employees. This role will support the organization’s growth goals and ensure loans are being originated and processed to the quality standards of AnnieMac. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Branch Development, the job responsibilities of the Branch Support Specialist position include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Provide daily support to all employees in new branches for up to 60 days.
  • May be required to attend round tables and meetings with prospective new branches.
  • Provide support for sales from file started milestone to Processing.
  • Provide support to new and existing Processors.
