Position Summary

Our client is a U.S.-based consumer goods brand redefining on-the-go oral care. They are seeking a highly capable Brand & Growth Operator to own execution across product launches, category expansion, supply chain coordination, e-commerce, retail readiness, creative workflows, and internal operational systems.

While this role spans product, retail, e-commerce, and operations, the primary objective is building the brand into a category-defining, on-the-go oral care brand. This means prioritizing decisions that support long-term brand coherence, SKU ecosystem development, and scalable distribution. Vision and execution are both integral to this role.

This role goes beyond managing individual SKUs—it is about helping build on-the-go oral care as a category, ensuring that new products ladder into a cohesive ecosystem that reinforces brand positioning, usage occasions, and repeat purchase behaviour across markets.

You will work directly with the founder and cross-functional partners to ensure initiatives move efficiently from concept to execution, anticipate risks, and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes as the brand scales across channels and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Category & Product Growth Leadership

  • Own category expansion by helping build on-the-go oral care as a system, not just a product line, ensuring new SKUs reinforce a coherent brand ecosystem.

  • Lead and manage product launches from concept to full rollout, with clear ownership of the SKU roadmap, sequencing, and velocity.

  • Own the end-to-end product pipeline, coordinating sourcing, development, formulation considerations, packaging, compliance, and scalability for both domestic and international markets.

Retail & Distribution Readiness

  • Drive all workstreams required to support brick-and-mortar retail placement, working closely with internal retail advisors.

  • Ensure retail readiness across product, pricing, inventory, compliance, creative assets, and timelines.

  • Coordinate launch planning and execution for domestic retail first, with an eye toward global expansion.

E-commerce Growth & Channel Coordination

  • Oversee e-commerce initiatives across Amazon and non-Amazon channels, working with specialists to align creative, inventory, and execution.

  • Ensure Amazon and e-commerce function as growth and learning engines, supporting broader brand, retail, and product strategy rather than defining the brand itself.

  • Consolidate reporting and performance insights across channels to guide decision-making.

  • Ability to execute or meaningfully contribute to Meta strategy and ads is a strong plus.

Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the internal hub keeping product, creative, inventory, retail, e-commerce, and finance aligned.

  • Remove bottlenecks, enforce timelines, and ensure initiatives land without requiring constant oversight.

  • Manage designers, editors, and creative partners, maintaining structured timelines and accountability.

  • Build and improve internal processes, workflows, SOPs, and checklists that support scale without slowing momentum.

Financial & Risk Management

  • Coordinate closely with the fractional CFO team to ensure cash flow, inventory forecasting, margins, and expansion plans remain aligned with SKU velocity, retail commitments, and international growth.

  • Identify operational and financial risks early and escalate proactively to protect downside while scaling upside.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in CPG, DTC, brand operations, or growth-focused operational roles.

  • Strong experience coordinating Amazon operations and e-commerce initiatives (hands-on execution or oversight).

  • Experience managing multi-step initiatives across product, operations, creative, and external partners.

  • Prior exposure to retail readiness, wholesale, or brick-and-mortar distribution is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation: $2,500–$4,000 USD per month, based on experience.

  • Fully remote role with preference for candidates based in LATAM.

  • Monday–Friday, full-time schedule.
