We’re hiring a part-time Brand & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across content, campaigns, and creative projects at Elli Studios. From shaping how we show up on social to assisting with launches and storytelling, you’ll help bring the brand to life in a way that feels elevated and intentional.

If you have a sharp eye for visuals, a feel for storytelling, and genuinely love the craft of branding and content creation, you’ll thrive in this role. If you’re naturally organized, aesthetic-obsessed, and eager to take initiative - we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

Marketing & Brand Coordination

  • Own the marketing calendar - keeping campaigns, content, and launches on track and on-brand
  • Support day-to-day brand execution across email, social, and ecomm
  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms, assets, and messaging
  • Proactively identify opportunities, trends, and content gaps
  • Be the connector between strategy and execution - working closely with the founder to bring it all to life

Responsibilities:

Social & Content Creation

  • Lead weekly planning and ideation for content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Track content performance and social trends, using insights to guide future direction
  • Create copy that reflects the brand tone and aesthetic
  • Plan, create, edit short-form video content in CapCut

Email Marketing Support

  • Build and schedule on-brand email campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Monitor performance and optimize based on data
  • Assist with list segmentation, flow maintenance, testing, and community nurturing

Creative & Campaigns

  • Assist in shoot planning - from ideation, styling, moodboards and execution
  • Help shape creative direction that feels elevated and on-brand
  • Coordinate influencer gifting and manage product sendouts
  • Collaborate on organic + paid creative (Meta ads)

Who you are:

  • You bring 2-3 years of experience in brand, content, or digital marketing — ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
  • You have a strong creative and aesthetic eye and understand how to tell a story visually and verbally
  • You’re proficient with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo, Pinterest and CapCut
  • You can juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and confidently take initiative and work independently
  • You get inspired by trends but bring fresh ideas and know how to make things feel elevated and on-brand
  • You’re driven, collaborative, and excited to help shape a brand people genuinely connect with.
