Brand and Product Design Head

Location: South Delhi, New Delhi

Experience: 2+ Years

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Design product packaging, labels, bottles, cartons, and outer packaging aligned with brand guidelines
• Ability to lead end-to-end brand and identity design, including creating logos, brand books, visual guidelines, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Create visually compelling packaging that works across online (e-commerce & social) platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and production-ready
• Design social media posts and collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and execute visual social media strategies.
• Develop and maintain packaging design systems for consistency across SKUs
• Adapt designs based on consumer feedback, performance metrics, and A/B testing insights
• Support marketing teams with basic visual assets for social media, product launches, and campaigns
• Stay updated on D2C trends, packaging innovations, materials, and sustainability practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in product & packaging design, preferably with D2C brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, label, and product design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Understanding of printing processes, materials, finishes, and color management
• Basic awareness of social media creatives and digital brand presence
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs and timelines
• Experience working with consumer brands (beauty, FMCG, lifestyle) is a big plus
