Job Description

The Art Director will be responsible for driving visually compelling and strategically sound creative work across brands and platforms. This role requires a strong design sensibility, conceptual thinking, and close collaboration with copywriters, planners, and account teams to deliver impactful brand stories and campaigns.


Experience: 2–5 Years


Key Responsibilities

  • Elevate the quality and consistency of creative output across all brand communications.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Planning teams to understand client briefs, business objectives, and product insights.
  • Conceptualize and brainstorm innovative ideas and visual directions with the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Copywriters as part of a strong creative partnership to develop integrated and executable concepts.
  • Design and deliver clear, persuasive, and original visual solutions across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while working under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.
  • Stay current with design trends, popular culture, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior to keep work relevant and cutting-edge.
  • Actively contribute to new business pitches, presentations, and creative ideation for prospective clients.
