You’ll be the first human customers speak to and meet—in our showroom, on calls, and chats - whatsApp, Instagram, and email. Your role is to help people understand our products, feel confident in their choices, and enjoy the process of buying from Muun Home. The role is for someone who enjoys real conversations who can be the Muun Home voice—calm, considered, and design-aware. You get a first hand sense of how customers feel when they see our products - which is the most crucial data point for success of any business. 


What you’ll do

  • Turn genuine interest into sales—without pushing or overselling
  • Talk to customers with warmth, clarity, and honesty
  • Help people choose products that suit their homes, gifting needs, or projects
  • Handle individual orders, bulk purchases, and corporate gifting enquiries
  • Support customisation requests, timelines, and special requirements
  • Follow up thoughtfully with interested customers (no spam, no pressure)
  • Coordinate with the internal team on orders and special requests
  • Be the Muun Home voice—calm, considered, and design-aware


Key Responsibilities:

Conversion, Customer Support & Conversations

  • Convert inquiries into sales through friendly, consultative conversations
  • Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, email, and marketplace
  • Guide customers on product details, usage, care, and styling

Marketplace/B2B Growth Support

  • Help monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback
  • Support listing updates, offers, and basic catalogue hygiene
  • Work on B2B and gifting enquiries 

Events & On-Ground Brand Activities

  • Assist with pop-ups, exhibitions, flea markets, and brand events
  • Support product setup, customer interactions, and sales at events
  • Help capture customer feedback and insights from on-ground interactions
