Role Description
We are hiring for Brand & Content at Optima — a content-first role focused on owning how our ideas, philosophy, and credibility compound into long-term growth.
This role is for someone who treats content as a system, not a campaign. You will operate with high autonomy, move fast, learn from what works (and what doesn’t), and continuously refine Optima’s external narrative.
- Shape Optima’s brand strategy, voice, and external image with an explicit focus on earning trust from HNIs and UHNIs, prioritising credibility, intellectual honesty, and long-term trust
- Generate, validate, and execute content ideas end-to-end — from raw insight → narrative → format → distribution → performance tracking → iteration
- Hands-on content creation across formats (written, visual, gen-AI enabled)
