We are looking for a Creative Strategist to build clear content frameworks, translate brand and science-led narratives into scalable plans, and drive trust-led engagement across digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the overall creative and brand strategy across social media, performance ads, website, and product launches.

- Translate science-backed product positioning into clear, consistent, and repeatable content narratives.

- Build, maintain, and protect a distinct visual and tonal brand language across all touchpoints.

- Develop strong content pillars, creative frameworks, and storytelling formats to guide execution teams.

- Lead product, ingredient, and wellness storytelling with clarity, credibility, and compliance.

- Set creative direction, standards, and briefs for designers, writers, video teams, and agency partners while collaborating closely with performance marketing.

Requirements:

- 5–6 years of experience in a D2C brand in a creative strategy, brand direction, or similar leadership role.

- Strong visual sensibility combined with structured thinking and strategic clarity.

- Ability to simplify complex or science-led concepts without diluting credibility.

- Deep understanding of wellness as a trust-driven category, not trend-led content.

- Confident decision-maker with an ownership mindset;
experience in wellness,health, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
