Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Curation Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to food brand creation, research and development, brand strategy, Menu engineering, and brand management.


Responsibilities:

Culinary Brand Innovation: Collaborate with the R&D team to ideate, research, and develop innovative and delectable Indian Fusion Brands/ Recipes aligned with our brand's vision and objectives.

Recipe Development: Create, modify, and improve existing recipes, ensuring they meet quality standards, cost efficiency, and customer preferences.

Menu engineering & Food Cost Analysis: Brand wise Menu Analysis to categorize menu items based profitability, popularity, develop pricing strategies and

Research and Analysis: Stay updated on culinary trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to propose new ideas and improvements.
