Brand Design Manager

The Role

We’re looking for an Art Director who is a strong designer first and will lead by doing, not just directing.

You’ll own the visual direction and design quality across brands and campaigns while actively designing key pieces yourself. This role blends hands-on design, visual leadership, and team mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Design and art-direct key brand and campaign assets
• Lead and mentor the Graphic Design team
• Define and maintain clear, scalable visual systems
• Translate strategy and insights into strong design thinking
• Review, refine, and elevate design output across digital, social, and campaigns
