Role Overview
We are hiring a Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to lead BMW’s marketing strategy across Rajasthan, with a strong focus on digital performance and lead generation. The role includes strategy, budget planning, reporting to BMW India, and managing the digital marketing agency for execution across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, and social platforms.
This is a high-visibility role in a premium environment, involving interaction with HNI/UHNI clients and participation in exclusive luxury events such as launches, golf, fashion, and lifestyle experiences.
Key Responsibilities1) Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (Primary KPI)
- Drive lead generation through Google Ads and Meta/Instagram campaigns
- Monitor and improve CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROI
- Manage the digital agency for campaign execution, creatives, targeting, and optimization
- Own Instagram and social media strategy including content planning, growth, and engagement
- Ensure performance tracking through dashboards and reporting
2) Brand Strategy & Reporting
- Create and execute the annual/quarterly marketing strategy for Rajasthan
- Prepare and submit marketing performance updates and plans to BMW India
3) Events, Launches & Brand Communication
- Plan and execute product launches, events, sponsorships, and brand experiences
- Coordinate vendors and partners to ensure premium-quality execution
Requirements / Skills
- 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Brand Marketing
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance tracking
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta/Instagram Ads, social media management
- Experience managing digital agencies and external vendors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
