Brand Executive

RAIN Cements is seeking an Brand Executive for Calicut , Kerala Location.

Role Overview:

The Brand Executive will support the execution of offline marketing activities across the designated state, ensuring smooth deployment of campaigns and retail visibility initiatives. The role is ideal for young-professionals keen on growing within trade and field marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of BTL campaigns, dealer meets, and regional activations.
• Liaise with agencies/vendors for execution of branding, wall paintings, hoardings, and event setups.
• Audit and ensure the correct placement of all the BTL activations.
• Correct brand usage and brand guidelines execution audit.
• Manage distribution and placement of POSM across dealer outlets.
• Collect market intelligence and feedback from sales teams and dealers.
• Maintain MIS reports, budgets, and campaign trackers.

Qualification & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing (1 year of experience preferred; freshers with strong internships can be considered).
• Exposure to field marketing, activations, or FMCG trade marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
