BRAND & GROWTH MANAGER

About the Position

We're looking for a dynamic and execution driven Brand & Growth Marketing professional to strengthen our brand presence and accelerate lead generation in the BESS, renewable, and clean-tech ecosystem. This role will work closely with the AVP – Marketing and take high ownership of campaigns, digital growth, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute integrated brand and growth marketing strategies to strengthen presence in the energy storage & clean-tech sector.
• Manage and optimise digital channels including Website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Email, and Meta ads.
• Drive lead generation through SEO, paid campaigns, performance marketing, and analytics.
• Create impactful content blending technical insight and storytelling (blogs, case studies, decks, videos).
• Support events, exhibitions, webinars, PR, and employer branding initiatives.
