Role Purpose

Own and drive brand strategy, marketing communication and integrated campaign execution in close collaboration with leadership and management. The role is responsible for owning brand positioning, creative direction and marketing execution across all internal touchpoints and external clients, leveraging modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation and execution.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and recommend brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Ninja Media and client brands
  • Define campaign narratives, pitch storytelling and go-to-market communication
  • Ensure brand consistency across decks, creatives, articles, scripts and proposals
