Develop and implement effective brand strategies to achieve business objectives.Manage the brand's marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with internal teams to create and launch new products.Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and partners.Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance and market insights.The Successful Applicant
A successful Brand Manager should have:
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven expertise in the FMCG industry, particularly in Cosmetics/Toiletries.Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer behaviour.Experience in developing and executing marketing and branding strategies.Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
